Shi Hwa Stone

From Hualien, Taiwan, Shi Hwa's Empress Green serpentine has been known for over twenty years for its beauty and durability. The rich green tone with its white and light green veining has made it popular with designers, who specify this green marble for their projects.

She Hwa manufactures polished, honed, and antique brushed slabs, tiles, and cut-to-size. Empress Green marble can also be made into columns, fireplaces, countertops, vanity tops, and sink tops.

It is sometimes thought that marble is not strong enough for countertops, but Empress green marble has much more magnesium than other marbles.
